Dr. Ingryd Lorenzana and Dr. David Sacks have combined experience and |

expertise to create and proudly introduce the Advanced Vision Center, AVC. |

At AVC, good eye healthcare always begins with a comprehensive annual |

eye examination. But for those patients requiring advanced care, AVC's professional services have been |
| |
expanded to include treatment in many ocular sub-specialization areas. |

Dr. Sacks, formerly "David Sacks and Associates", has provided eyecare services to the northwestern |
| |
suburban area for 35 years. Dr. Lorenzana's extensive background in sub-specialization patient care is a |
| |
direct result of her affiliation with the Illinois College of Optometry, and the Illinois Eye Institute, |
| |
an affiliate of the University of Chicago, where she served as Assistant Professor of Optometry. |
